2021 CMA Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the 2021 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 10) in Nashville, Tennessee.

When it comes to Carrie Underwood in this tinsel embellished gold and silver one-shoulder Jean-Louis Sabaji dress, I am truly, truly, truly, truly at a loss for words.

I couldn’t pick single redeeming aspect, and I always try to do that when it comes to red carpet looks.

Fabergé rings completed her look.

Ingrid Andress’ love for suiting continued at this event with this Dsquared² Fall 2021 look which stood out for the contrasting pink lapels.

The leopard print sandals were a bit of a head scratcher, but I love how she commits to a look from head-to-toe.

Katy Perry wore a beautiful brown leather Vivienne Westwood dress, but this overall look was missing her usual pizzazz.

Mickey Guyton’s Safiyaa dress was one good looks at this event.

The sweet nature of this embellished dress perfectly suited her style.

Usually this is the part of the post where I should be moaning about a black dress at this event.

But there were so many bad looks on this red carpet, that I welcomed this Versace Fall 2021 dress on Miranda Lambert, which was styled with a pink Tyler Ellis clutch.

This is a good look for Miranda. Simple and chic.

I would really like to know the thought process behind Gabby Barrett’s custom Melique Street dress.

I’ll file it into the Transformer chic file for now.
