Serena Williams Wore Versace On Jimmy Kimmel Live!

On Friday (November 5), Serena Williams made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ where she talked about her hamstring injury, playing on grass, getting ready for the Australian Open, watching her childhood play out in the new movie ‘King Richard,’ Will Smith playing her dad, sneaking into her first tennis tournament, the moment her dad told her she would be the BEST EVER, and Beyoncé agreeing to do an original song for the film.

The tennis star wore a Versace crop top and belted mini skirt from the Fall 2021 collection that we should all be familiar with, as this is the third time it has been worn.

Eiza González was the first to wear this look back in March, before Leonie Hanne gave it a second runout last month.

I know some of you have never loved this look, so you can’t even say the third time’s the charm.

For me, only Eiza has been able to sell this “hard-to-sell’ look, I didn’t love it on Leonie, and I don’t feel that this is a flattering look for Serena.

The skirt especially makes her appear boxy, and the crop top looks a tad too snug for her.

I also feel like the shoes were a poor choice for this outfit. 

The colour is stunning on her, it’s a shame it doesn’t work.

Neck up.  She looks gorgeous.
