Natalie Portman Wore Vintage Mugler Haute Couture To The L.A. Dance Project Annual Gala

Natalie Portman attended the L.A. Dance Project Annual Gala on Saturday (October 16) in California.

There is one thing we expect from Natalie Portman when it comes to her red carpet style.

A black dress from Dior.

But on this occasion, her black dress was from Mugler.

A vintage Mugler 1981 Haute Couture ‘Vampire’ dress to be exact.

Are you having a case of déjà vu?

That’s because we saw this same dress – in green – on Dua Lipa when she hosted SNL back in December last year.

I’m here for the re-run, the sassiness, the something new and interesting on Natalie, and the fact that it’s not Dior. 

We know what she looks like in Dior, so I hope this is the start of an exploratory phase on Natalie’s part.
