‘No Time To Die’ World Premiere Menswear Roundup
The ladies shone on the red carpet for the ‘No Time To Die’ world premiere on Tuesday (September 28) in London, but we can’t forget the fellas.
There is no other place to start than with Daniel Craig, who is saying farewell to Mr Bond in this film.
We will of course see the actor in a slew of impeccable black, navy, and grey suits in the film, so I was delighted to see a pop of colour from the British actor, who wore a bespoke Anderson & Sheppard cerise pink blazer.
Pink is having quite a moment on the red carpet when it comes to menswear this week, as Jeremy Pope and Jake Gyllenhaal have also opted to wear the bright hue.
I’m hoping there is a US premiere, as I need more of this before he bows out.
If being debonair was a picture.
Ben Whishaw is the character who provides the comic relief in the Bond films, but there was nothing funny about his look.
He wore an Alexander McQueen Resort 2022 suit featuring the silver lily pad embroideries we’ve seen on Jessica Chastain and Dina Asher-Smith this month.
Rami Malek was looking very dapper in a classic Prada suit styled with Prada patent leather Oxford shoes plus a Cartier Tank Américaine watch, and Panthère de Cartier tie pin.
While I love the teal green hue of Jeffrey Wright’s Emporio Armani blazer, my first thought was that it looks too small for him. But that could just be his pose throwing things off.
Widely contrasting shades of black don’t always work for me, but the lapels on Cary Fukunaga’s Gucci velvet blazer made the trousers work for me.
The dual colour loafers were probably a step too far.Â
The velvet trend continued with Jonathan Majors wearing an Armani suit. I love the contrasting trim on mandarin collar.Â
