Saweetie Wore Valentino To The 2021 MTV VMAs

Saweetie attended the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards held at Barclays Center on Sunday (September 12) in New York City.

I’ve been kinda waiting to be wowed by the rappers red carpet style, and on the first glance of her Valentino Resort 2022 dress… I have to say mission accomplished.

Living up to her Icy Girl persona, this dress descends over her with liquid-like ease that comes courtesy of the metallic fabric and delicate pleats.

This floor-sweeping gown requires little in the form of accessories to make a statement, so I like that she didn’t go overboard with jewels.

From the hair, I’m wondering if Marilyn Monroe was on the vision board for this look.
