Dr Jill Biden Wore Oscar de la Renta For Joe Biden’s National Address

When Dr Jill Biden joined her husband, President-elect Joe Biden on stage in Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday (November 7) for his national address after being confirmed as the next president of the United States of America I was excited for so many reasons.

Mostly because the future already feels a whole lot brighter, secondly to see the scenes of joy (which included my friend from New York crying down the phone saying “we did it”), but also because I can cover FLOTUS fashion again after four years in the wilderness.

Dr Jill Biden has never been afraid to make bold fashion statements, and she did just that wearing a an Oscar de la Renta floral dress.

You could say this was an typical silhouette for a First Lady until you get to the asymmetric hemline which give the look a modern feel. Minimal jewelry,  magenta Jimmy Choo ‘Katience’ pumps accessorized her look along with the  accessory of 2020: a mask.
