Shira Haas Wore Chanel To The Netflix Ted Sarandos’ Virtual Emmy Awards Toast

Israeli actress Shira Haas, who stars in ‘Unorthodox’ received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a limited series for her portrayal of Esther ‘Esty’ Shapiro in the four-part series on Netflix, which is about a young woman growing up in an ultra-Orthodox Hasidic Satmar community in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The 25-year-old actress attended the Netflix Ted Sarandos’ Virtual Emmy Awards Toast on Saturday (September 12).
It may have been a virtual event, but that didn’t stop the young actress from dressing up.
Shira may be a newbie, but she’s already being dressed by one of the most recognised brands in the world; Chanel.
I remember back the early days of my site when actress’ had to work their way up to a brand like Chanel. But I love how they recognize and nurture young talent early on.
Shira’s Chanel Resort 2021 white leather top and shorts feels youthful and uber cool.
I love how the look demonstrate the brand’s ability to toughen up a feminine mood with flourishes such as the contrast stitching.

Some may feel she looks like a girl who has raided her grandmother’s closet wearing this pink fantasy tweed jacket.
I feel the jacket elevates the look; in that you don’t recognise she’s wearing Chanel until you see this jacket.
It also adds a sweet feminine touch to the look.
