Charlize Theron Dazzles In Alexander McQueen At The 2019 Hollywood Film Awards

Charlize Theron picked up the Hollywood Career Achievement Award at the 2019 Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday (November 3) in California.

The South African actress showed that she’s not afraid to turn up the volume on embellishment when it comes to her red carpet looks.

I love how those embellishments on her Alexander McQueen Fall 2019 tabard almost feel like Army regiment badges that are steeped in history, much like her long history in Hollywood.

I couldn’t picture Charlize wearing this look without the trousers, but I would imagine others (*coughs Rita Ora coughs*) would.

Alexander McQueen’s signature clutch with the same embellished detailing, and their studded sandals, plus Harry Kotlar stud and rings by Âme, Djula and Le Vian ensured a seamless finish to this look.
