You could definitely say that Priyanka Chopra was channeling fringe benefits at the 2019 Couture Council Luncheon Honoring Christian Louboutin on Wednesday (September 4) in New York City.

This was look made for movement, given its fringed appeal, high slit, and multiple layers including scarf-like elements.

The Monse Resort 2020 top and skirt was rather experimental in nature, but I did enjoy the fun of it — even if I found it a bit overwhelming in its static form.

Naturally, Christian Louboutin ‘Clare Sling’ pumps completed the look.
