Danai Gurira Pretty In Pink For The ‘Avengers: Endgame’ LA Premiere

Danai Gurira attended the world premiere of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures ‘Avengers: Endgame’ held on Monday (April 22) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress went the romantic route for this red carpet premiere, and I have to say I was a little surprised.

I expected something a bit futuristic like Iris van Herpen, but the actress wore a dress from Oscar de la Renta’s Pre-Fall 2019 collection.

I love the pretty, vivid shade of pink,  and how the pleated chiffon adds textural intrigue and is cut with a plunging V-neckline for seductive allure. 

But I was baffled by the headband.

The thick black headband accented with a sparkling pink ribbon took a little of the shine off this look for me.

It looks like a sweatband.

David Webb jewels and Christian Louboutin ‘Jonatina’ sandals completed her look.
