Kate Beckinsale joined a host of attendees for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday (February 24) in Beverly Hills, California.

The British actress has a specific style pattern at the moment, which mostly consists of a lot of sheer, but on this occasion she opted for drama courtesy of Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2019 Haute Couture high-low gown.

I know this won’t be to everyone’s liking, as you still mourn this more sophisticated style we once knew her for.

But you’re often saying that Amy Adams’ style hasn’t evolved, well here is Kate, evolving.

I’m just happy there is no ponytail at play here.
