Better View Of Penelope Cruz’ Chanel Haute Couture Emmys Gown

Better View Of Penelope Cruz' Chanel Haute Couture Emmys Gown

The initial picture of Penelope Cruz’s custom grey silk tulle dress fully embroidered with iridescent beads and feathers that was inspired by the Spring 2017 Haute Couture collection, was only from the side.

So I wanted to show you an updated, front view from the press room.

Which version do you prefer?

The dress is stunning. The work, the beads, the feathers, the cut and silouette and fit, and Penelope!!!! My god what not to love. BDOTW and BDOTE and BDOTY worthy. 😍😍

I like this less now that I have the better view — oh well.

    Love it!
Her body is defined and that is what works her. No more straight silhouettes Penelope!

    Still a no.

LOVE the gown, it’s stunning. I actually even much prefer it with the additional little jacket/shawl/I don’t know what to call it she wore around her arms on the red carpet, looked even more epic with that.
And I definitely prefer Penelope’s version over the runway version, I didn’t like it on the runway.

+1 The shawl gave more drama to the look

Def. prefer her version. That deep wide plunge doesn’t even look good on the model…

I like the original version best. Penelope has worn a few dresses that look like her version.

    LOVE!

I kind of like both versions. I probably would have liked the runway design a little bit more had the chest area been a little bit more covered (still a plunging neckline, but a bit less) and sans belt.

Definitely got more love for the look seeing it in this angle and sans shawl. Belle of the ball feel.
