Marion Cotillard In Adam Selman – ‘Angel Face (Gueule D’Ange)’ Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Posted by Catherine Kallon

Following the Chopard Secret Night party, Marion Cotillard was back on the red carpet this morning (May 12) for the Cannes Film Festival photocall for ‘Angel Face (Gueule D’Ange)’.

I love how this Adam Selman Spring 2018 gingham showcases the label’s retro-inspired aesthetic, and embodies the idea of easy dressing for the playful and sexy woman.

The two piece look – which consists of an open-back belted romper and a maxi skirt – feels so fresh and breezy; perfect for a photocall on the French Riviera.

I think some might take issue with the red sandals, but I love the additional pop of colour her which enhances the retro vibe.

I really, really hate this look. I don’t see anything that is Cannes-appropriate here.

Every picture I see of her lately is ruined by her hair.

Love this photocall look! Its so perfect for the daytime. I love the outfit and the shoes. Not bothered by the hair at all.
I ve been missing the photocall looks.
There isn’t enough of them this year and I love seeing them…..but then again, I love seeing everything to do with Cannes fashion, even the street styles!

I just commented on a later post that I had given up on her, but alas maybe there’s hope , wish the skirt was buttoned down a bit more and agree with sentiments regarding her hair..other than that it’s a fun look.

Agree with all of these points.

Great look. I enjoy being curious to see what she’ll wear next, so even while there are some misses and perhaps not as many hits as you’d like, it’s way more interesting than her Dior era.

    I really unreservedly like this

I love the outfit. I will not comment on the hair because I gave up on that. My only nit here is that while I like the red shoe, I would have preferred a different red shoe here. These a bit more formal than I like with this dress.

      I agree.

The hair ruins everything about this look. So bad.

Her fist look I get get on board with.I like it a lot even with the red sandals. My main issue remains her hair. Blonde doesn’t suit her AT ALL imho. It washed her out and makes her appear unkempt.
