Here is a roundup of the rest of the attendees for The Art of Elysium 8th Annual HEAVEN Gala held at Hangar 8 on Saturday (January 10) in Santa Monica, California.
Brit Marling: Usually I am a big fan of Brit’s red carpet look, but this mummification Rodarte Fall 2010 look is lost on me.
Angie Harmon: The colour, the draping, the fit…I’m left speechless by this breath-taking beautiful Marchesa gown.
Camila Alves: The ‘Plus One’ beauty of 2014 stood alone on this red carpet wearing a classic Dolce & Gabbana dress styled with Aquazurra heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
Abigail Spencer: The actress joined a trio of stars attending the event in Carolina Herrera after Paz Vega and Camilla Belle. While I do like this pretty black and grey offering, plus the styling of the look, it somewhat pales into comparison of the breath-taking nature of the other two.
Gillian Jacobs: You might be surprised by this salmon pink and fuchsia printed Issa dress worn by Gillian, but I’m not as it incorporates not only her love for colour but also her love for prints. On this rare occasion, me no likey.
Ahna O’Reilly: While the actress is looking sweet and chipper in her Temperley London look styled with black accessories including a Rodo clutch, I find myself asking: why didn’t she wear a gown?
Dita Von Teese: J’adore this rare, colourfully printed, floor-sweeping Carolina Herrera gown from the burlesque star.
Laura Prepon: While I am swept away by the striking contrast of black and red colours against Laura’s skin-tone, I do want to find a pair of scissors and cut out that organza cascading layered train on her Christian Siriano gown.
