Fan Binging In Tadashi Shoji – 2nd Beijing Film Festival Opening Ceremony

She’s back. Fan Bingbing is back to giving me goosebumps after a succession of so-so red-carpet looks.

The Asian actress looked sensational at the 2nd Beijing International Film Festival opening ceremony, held at the China National Convention Center this evening wearing a Tadashi Shoji Fall 2012 gown.

Her blood-red velvet gown with a black lace beaded bodice is a classic case of East meets West.

Asian influences including a crystallized Judith Leiber ‘Pagoda’ bag are mixed with old Hollywood styling featuring marcel waves.

Bold red matte lips and emerald Cartier jewels completed her look.
