Olivia Munn Hosts The 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Olivia Munn hosted the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11), and wore a myriad of delightful looks for the occasion.
Firstly, she hit the carpet in a Prada gown. The minimalist halter style was enlivened by the “dripping” embellishment on the bodice. It could have become a tangled mess, especially as she wore her hair down, but everything came together beautifully. With such an ornate neckline, she accessorized sparingly with a few rings.
Next, the hostess went for head-to-toe embellishment in a Balmain Pre-Fall 2018 mini. The look had all the hallmarks of the brand including a sexy silhouette and a dramatic opulence. Despite the remarkable amount of detailing on the dress, there is still a lightness to the look courtesy of her red lipstick and the high zigzag hemline.

Switching from sparkles to florals, she put on a coordinated front with Niecy Nash, who was in Badgley Mischka. Olivia’s black jumpsuit with multicoloured blooms is more casual compared to her other ensembles, but it still had a prettiness thanks to the moody romance. The shimmering bow belt helped elevate the outfit for the occasion.
Olivia finished the evening on a softer note with a Giambattista Valli Fall 2017 gown. It ended up being a fitting choice as white proved to be a popular colour on the red carpet. The red polka dots and ruffles added a charm to the high-necked ensemble, preventing it from looking too severe.
