Alba Rohrwacher In Louis Vuitton & Valentino Couture – ‘Hungry Hearts’ Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Alba Rohrwacher In Louis Vuitton & Valentino Couture - 'Hungry Hearts' Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

On Sunday (August 31) Alba Rohrwacher made an appearance at the 2014 Venice Film Festival to promote her latest movie, ‘Hungry Hearts’.

Photocall: The Italian actress wore a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton Fall 2014 look featuring a printed crewneck sweater, a part-leather skirt accented with a knotted belt, and those tan ankle boots which I haven’t been a huge fan of, but Alba sells the whole look effortlessly to me.

Premiere: Working the same no-fuss mantra, Alba graced the red carpet wearing a Valentino Fall 2014 Couture look featuring a white long-sleeved silk top with a black pleated skirt accented with a wraparound leather waistband, a signature of this collection. I had pictured this on Tilda Swinton, but they have the same frame, same laidback approach to the red carpet and similar hairstyles, so I can’t be disappointed by this spectacular outing.

Two for two. Do you agree?

I prefer the photocall look (I love those booties) but I like both the looks, even if I prefer the way the waistband has been wrapped around for the fashion show.

She indeed looks a bit like Tilda (they played mother&daughter in a very good movie, ‘I am love’). I was not sure about the Valentino but it is growing on me, however I really love the edgy Vuitton ensemble!

    She pulls both looks off.

The first look is a hell no! The second is quite lovely and suits her.

she looks like a mix between mia wasikowska and tilda swinton!

I honestly dislike both. She looks awkward, not enough poise and needs some improvement in the hair/makeup department.

Between Alba and Charlotte, this is a really good outing for Louis Vuitton. These looks are really modern, and yet scream old-world craftsmanship.

I really love daytime photo call look. I suppose I like these booties more in a tan/brown, assuming they are the same pair as on Charlotte. I wish I could see the heel.

Incidentally, Alba played Tilda’s daughter in the film I Am Love!
