Fresh off her Super Bowl XLVII performance last week, Kelly Rowland dialed up the wow factor again at the 2013 Grammy Awards, hosted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night.
One of the evening’s presenters, she pushed the Grammys envelope with her Georges Chakra black gown from the Spring 2013 Couture collection.
The songstress had fun with geometry in this provocative dress that featured strategically placed, razor-sharp cutouts and a flurry of tulle at the bottom.
Kelly was definitely playing a fierce fashion game with this revealing statement
The runway version was altered by the addition of another black panel at the bodice to make this look ever-so-slightly more conservative.
Huge emerald rings and bold matching earrings from Lorraine Schwartz, along with a sleek low updo and blunt bang, completed the look.

Youre right about the difference that class makes. On someone like JLo, this dress would be incredibly tacky but Kelly wears it with such ease. She looks amazing, one of my favorites of the night.

This gown looked fabulous walking the red carpet. This picture doesn’t do her hair justice at looks a bit like a helmet, but it looked much softer in real life. Definitely one of the best of the night.

Hands down best dressed! I also enjoy that she probably ignored that memo that went around. Im really offended by that memo actually, we live in AMERICA women should be allowed to wear whatever they please, not like in Afghanastan where women had to wear burkas, I mean this is the GRAMMYS, musician are notorious for wearing outragious fashion, why limit them in anyway by prudish impositions? SO WRONG, and very sexest! We ALL have a body, why do we feel the need to hide it?
If anything, this shows that Amanda Seyfried could have gone without that terrible white lining on that Elie Saab gown. This is show-y but not tacky at all. Her body is incredible.
Beautiful dress, but in this picture she’s just not working it.
In my opinion this was one of the worst of the night. So over-the-top risque and trashy. You don’t have to show it all to make a statement. I would have preferred Kelly to wear something like she wore to the Glamour awards (another long black gown but one that was infinitely classier). Very disappointed.
