Bella Heathcote was also among the bright young things honoured at The Hollywood Reporter’s ‘Power 100: Women in Entertainment’ breakfast held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Wednesday morning.
The Australian actress Bella picked a botany-print dress with three-quarter sleeves from Andrew Gn’s Resort 2013 collection.
There’s something fresh—even fragrant—about this Beatrix Potter-esque fabric which we love.
Bella’s makeup-free face and unadorned apricot ‘Elba’ heels from Rupert Sanderson underscore the youthful ease of this look, as do her barely-there gold Cuyana earrings.
But the clearest indication that Bella’s on the right track is the chain-strap Valentino ‘Rockstud Lock’ bag tossed over her shoulder.
Are you missing the belt from this look?

This print is too old for this young girl ! And the shoes seem too big for her.
Not missing it at all. It only works on the look book model because of the shoes. On Bella because of its dark hue it would’ve become a distraction so I think removing it was the right choice.
Surely this is not one of her best red carpet moments, but I think she looks good.
+1
She looks OK. Not really crazy about the print and I agree with Charlotte the shoes look too big.
“There’s something fresh—even fragrant—about this Beatrix Potter-esque fabric which we love” – I love this description, you are so right! I am missing the belt but it is a great look. I especially like the colour of her pumps.
+1 this one’s (Bella, i.e.) growing on me.
I love the print and the shoes tone perfectly with it. Although I miss the belt a bit, the dress has beautiful structure and stands on its own. So why am I not excited?
I had such high hopes for Bella – she seems to have all the goods to generate excitement on the RC. But between the bangs and something I can’t put my finger on, I’m frequently left vaguely dissatisfied. Oh well, maybe it’s just me.
Agree the bangs are not helping her, especially with her hair pulled back. I think the problem is she is lifeless–she looks so blank and her body seems just arranged, not lived in. BIG contrast to Emma Stone who is so comfortable in her own skin. Maybe this girl is terrified.
My feelings exactly. Even the most beautiful of outfits is going to look blah until she can show some animation.
I think she looks really sweet as usual in this ensemble.
She looks nice. I like this.
Are the shoes too big FC? I can’t tell.
I like the look with or without the belt.
I think this look captures Bella’s spirit perfectly.
Take a look at the Getty pix–the shoes are huge.
I’m not missing the belt and I love the shoes with this dress. She looks great, just a bit tired.
Cute dress and the shoes go well with it but I can’t decide if I mix the belt or not.
head to toe perfection. Im mildly obsessed with Bella’s style. she’s a doll
