Carey Mulligan In Giambattista Valli – 2018 Tony Awards

Carey Mulligan was looking every inch an English rose at the 2018 Tony Awards on Sunday (June 10) in New York City.

Like Rachel Brosnahan, Carey brought spring’s ephemeral blooms onto the red carpet wearing a stunning top and skirt from Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2018 collection, that made a beautifully feminine impression.

We all know that Carey likes to keep things uber simple, so this floral look almost feels like it came out of left field.

Carey Mulligan In Erdem – Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding

Carey Mulligan and hubby Marcus Mumford joined the Beckhams, Oprah Winfrey and Idris Elba at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle for the royal wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle this morning (May 19) in Windsor, England.

The actress is known for her no-fuss style, so I was delighted to see her embrace the summer season with this Erdem Pre-Fall 2018 look; which I adore for its dreamy florals and ladylike silhouette, which nods to retro-inspired elegance.

Topped off with an understated feathered headpiece, and complementary shoes and clutch, this is one of my favourite looks from Carey.

Carey Mulligan In Christian Dior – Kering Talks Women In Motion

Carey Mulligan attended the Kering Talks Women In Motion photocall earlier today (May 10) during Cannes Film Festival, following the screening of her latest film, ‘Wildlife’.

The British actress was at her dainty best wearing a charming dress from Christian Dior’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection.

While inherently classic in style, I love how this whisper-weight polka-dot dress is imbued with plenty of playful spirit – I just wish she opted for white shoes instead of beige.

I rarely like white shoes, but they may have worked better here.

Carey Mulligan In Christian Dior Couture – ‘Wildlife’ Cannes Film Festival Screening

Carey Mulligan was back on the red carpet for the screening of ‘Wildlife’ during Cannes Film Festival this evening (May 9) in France.

The British actress wore a Christian Dior Spring 2018 Couture gown which was a perfect example of her no-fuss aesthetic.

What appears to be a simple gown is actually meticulously detailed with the large folds and impeccable tailoring. Seeing this in motion would’ve been a joy, as I’m sure that skirt moves beautifully.

What do I love most about this look?

Carey’s beauty. Both her makeup and the sweeping updo feel like a rare luxury on this occasion, as Carey prefers the less is more approach.

Stunning diamond and emerald drop earrings and a Dior clutch completed her stunning look.

Self-Portrait London Store Opening

Celebrities and influencers flocked to the opening party of the new Self-Portrait London Store, located on Albemarle Street in Mayfair this evening (March 22).

Self-Portrait has always been considered the modern woman’s brand of choice, so designer Han Chong was in great company alongside Gemma Arterton, Gemma Chan and Carey Mulligan.

Gemma Arterton: The British actress was wearing the most instantly recognisable Self-Portrait look, as her outfit mixes ladylike texture and directional attitude in equal measure. This asymmetrical navy lace top adds sensuality to the mix with the shoulder-baring cut, while the leg wide trousers amps up the chic appeal. A bag from Emily Ratajkowski’s The Kooples collection completed the look.

Gemma Chan: I was immediately charmed by this Self-Portrait Fall 2018 pleated look, as it boasts a refined elegance that we’ve come to expect from Gemma.

Carey Mulligan: We don’t often see Carey in colour, so this Self-Portrait Fall 2018 look is a moment to really savor. The foundation of this dress in classic, but Hong reimagined this keyhole dress with chic detailing intrinsic of the Self-Portrait brand. The look was complete with a Roksanda bag and beige pumps.

Carey Mulligan In Christian Dior Couture – 2017 Gotham Independent Film Awards

Carey Mulligan’s ‘Mudbound’ was honored with the Special Jury Award for Ensemble Performance at the 2017 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 27).

When I saw the British actress in her Dior Fall 2017 Couture tulle dress with grey lace-effect chenille embroidery, I was actually charmed by how beautiful the dress was so fully lined.

Some may have preferred a flesh coloured lining, but being provocative isn’t really the Carey Mulligan way.

I think she look chic and very elegant. I love the metallic sandals she wore with the look and her rosy makeup which adds some warmth.
