Daisy Edgar-Jones’ Regency Romance with a Dilara Fındıkoğlu Twist
Daisy Edgar-Jones continued her Sense and Sensibility celebrations at the LA premiere after-party, changing into a Dilara Fındıkoğlu creation that felt particularly fitting for the film.

The actress wore a pale blue corseted mini dress from the designer’s Capable Bridal collection, featuring a structured bodice, exaggerated hips and delicate lace trimming.
What I love about this look is how it references the Regency era in which Jane Austen’s story is set, without looking like something borrowed directly from a period drama. The corsetry and romantic detailing evoke historical undergarments, while the short hemline gives the silhouette a contemporary twist.
There is also something quite fitting about Daisy wearing a design inspired by bridalwear, considering how central love, marriage and society’s expectations of women are to Sense and Sensibility. It feels like a clever connection to the film without being too literal, which is why this press tour has been so successful.
My only complaint is the white pumps. They are far too stark against the delicate blue fabric, and I would have preferred a softer shoe that complemented the dress rather than competing with it.
That aside, I absolutely love this look on Daisy. The silhouette is striking, the colour is beautiful on her, and the historical references make it one of her most fitting choices from this press tour.
