RosalĂa Takes Dior From Front Row to First Wear in Hours

Rosalía was front row at Jonathan Anderson’s Dior Spring 2027 show on Tuesday, and she wasted no time giving Look 4 its real-world debut later that same day.

The singer was spotted out in Paris wearing the full runway look, featuring a jacket and skirt embroidered with layers of silk-petal flowers.

There was also no attempt to simplify the look, as RosalĂa kept the oversized floral scarf and Dior shoes, preserving the head-to-toe styling we had only just seen on the runway.

What I find most interesting is how well the look translates away from the controlled setting of a runway. On the model, you can appreciate the workmanship and styling, but seeing Rosalía walking through Paris gives the clothes a completely different energy. For something covered in thousands of silk petals, it doesn’t feel precious or too delicate to exist beyond the runway.

Rosalía was also an ideal person to give this collection its first major celebrity outing. She has never needed her clothes to be conventional, and there’s enough personality here for her to wear the look rather than have the sheer amount of detail wear her.

From front row to first wear in a matter of hours, we’ve seen this movie before.
