Mason Thames’ Saint Laurent Streak Continues on TODAY

Mason Thames was back promoting Idiots on NBC’s TODAY yesterday, and is it me, or is he growing up so fast?

Last year, he looked every inch the teenager, but he was looking so grown-up as he made his way to the NBC studios wearing yet another Saint Laurent look. That’s three in a row, if you’re counting. You know my three-times-in-a-row belief: that instantly gets my spider senses tingling. Is a brand ambassadorship on the horizon?

This should have felt like the first day of school, but the attitude was more like he had just stepped off Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent Fall 2026 runway at Paris Fashion Week. The triple stripes he wore to the LA premiere were reduced to just two on this occasion, with the striped shirt and tie layered beneath a cropped cable-knit sweater and tailored trousers.

I know some of you are looking at that crewneck sweater and saying it’s way too hot in New York for this, but here in London the temperatures are finally cooling, so after a blistering heatwave, I’m ready for cooler climes.

With sunglasses and Saint Laurent Connor monk-strap shoes – I wonder if they’re named after Connor Storrie? – his look was complete.

Also, have you noticed that Saint Laurent is loving the curly-haired boys at the moment? Connor Storrie, Jack Innanen and now Mason Thames.
