Tom Holland Wore Anderson & Sheppard To The ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ London Premiere

Tom Holland joined Zendaya and Florence Pugh on the red carpet for the final Spider-Man: Brand New Day premiere, as confirmed by his stylist on Instagram.

This was something of a homecoming for the British actor and the final stop on the press tour, so this was the right moment to make a huge impression. He did exactly that by wearing two British labels.

The foundation of the look was a beautifully tailored bespoke burgundy double-breasted suit from the Savile Row house Anderson & Sheppard. There is a reason the tailor holds a Royal Warrant, and the precision of the cut speaks for itself. This press tour could easily have been black suit after navy suit after black suit, but Tom consistently mixed in colour instead. I appreciated that he never defaulted to the obvious choice, and finishing the tour in this rich burgundy felt like a fitting conclusion.

The standout detail, however, was the one-of-a-kind Pragnell spider brooch, handcrafted in Britain with a fiery opal body and emerald head, pinned to the knot of his tie. It was a subtle but effective nod to the film, which also mirrored Zendaya’s own spider detail on the back of her gown.

Personally, I would have preferred a matching pair of burgundy boots to complete the colour story, but Tom remained loyal to his Christian Louboutin Samson boots, which have been a constant throughout this press tour.

After back-to-back global promotional tours, I think he has more than earned a well-deserved break.
