Jennifer Lopez Wore Miss Sohee Couture To The ‘Office Romance’ New York Premiere
Jennifer Lopez attended Netflix’s Office Romance New York premiere held at Regal Union Square on Tuesday evening.
The actress wore a blush-toned Miss Sohee Spring 2025 Couture gown embroidered with floral appliqué, delicate dove motifs and shimmering embellishment that swept behind her with full red carpet drama.
Yes, the elephant in the room is hard to ignore, largely because the corsetry appears to be doing some extremely committed lifting, and not in a way that looks remotely comfortable. The neckline is working overtime to the point where it borders on distraction, which is a shame because there is genuine craftsmanship worth appreciating here.
Once your eyes adjust, the intricate embellishment comes into focus the palette and embellishments offer a more romantic register than we usually see from Jennifer, while the sculpted silhouette still delivers the glamour and body-conscious finish she tends to favour.
The makeup, however, is where things lost me completely. I suspect the intention was to echo the blush tones of the gown, but the pale eye shadow felt too muted, leaving the overall beauty look a touch washed out when it needed more definition to balance the drama of the dress.
Harry Winston diamonds and a champagne satin clutch completed her look.
