Björk Wore Amit Aggarwal Performing With Rosalía At The BRIT Awards 2026

Björk joined Rosalía for a surprise performance at The BRIT Awards over the weekend, where Björk once again proved that fashion, for her, is never just adornment but part of the performance.

Wearing a striking sculptural creation by Amit Aggarwal, the musician transformed the stage into a living installation.

The look, drawn from Aggarwal’s signature exploration of futuristic materiality, featured a dramatic cobalt blue sculpted bodice that appeared to grow organically around the torso. Tubular, wave like structures wrapped and curled across the chest and shoulders, evoking both marine life and biomechanical anatomy. The effect was otherworldly, part deep sea organism, part avant garde armour.

Below, the voluminous skirt introduced a contrasting silhouette: smooth, architectural and almost vessel like in its shape. Crafted from Aggarwal’s signature polymer treated textiles, the glossy surface reflected light like liquid glass, reinforcing the designer’s fascination with experimental materials.

Björk’s styling amplified the theatricality. Her signature experimental beauty, hair buns, graphic face adornment and a dramatic fringe visor turned the ensemble into a full performance piece.

Together, the artist and designer delivered a moment that felt unmistakably Björk: bold, strange, and visionary. In Aggarwal’s hands, couture becomes sculpture, and Björk, as always, becomes its most fearless muse.

Stylist: Edda Gudmundsdottir.
