Claire Foy Wore Khaite To The ‘H Is For Hawk’ Tribeca Membership Screening
Claire Foy continued to promote her new film, H Is for Hawk, at the Tribeca Membership Screening at Regal Union Square last night.
It has been a big week for animal print coats, with Rihanna leading the charge and Claire following suit.
The difference is, this felt less expected from Claire. However, I have been saying that a lot about her red carpet choices since she started working with Jonathan Huguet. I mean, Claire did not switch to Jonathan to take the soft, subtle route, and once again, this look proves that point.
You do not wear a collarless Khaite calf hair full length coat over a Khaite Daria leather high neck mini dress with slouchy boots unless you are intending to make a statement.
I like the pieces in isolation, but I am not feeling much balance as it stands. I do not know if I want a simpler footwear choice or a longer dress.
The coat, even though I know a lot of people will not like it, is the one thing I am assured of with this look.
