Sarah Snook Wore Patou To The 2026 Golden Globe Awards

Sarah Snook attended the 2026 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, nominated for her role in All Her Fault.

She wore a custom black lace gown by French fashion house Patou, and at first glance some of you might be thinking we have seen this style of lace dress countless times before. Fair to say, but look closely at the hemline.

For once, the nude lining does not give up halfway down the leg. Instead, it runs all the way to the hem, precisely tracing the scalloped lace edge. This is the detail I feel like I have been asking for and almost never get.

When I complain about linings that stop short and ruin the finish, this is how it should be done. Clean. Thought through. Respectful to the lace itself.

Consider this the gold standard and the blueprint for black lace gowns going forward. I am genuinely delighted by this. Kudos to Guillaume Henry for fixing my biggest red carpet frustration in one look.
