Olandria Carthen has had the kind of week most reality stars dream about years into their careers — not four months after stepping out of a villa.
In the span of a few days, she was at the CFDA Fashion Awards, the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, and celebrated as one of Ebony’s Power 100 for the People’s Choice Award. She’s moving like someone who came to stay — not someone passing through the current wave of Love Island fame.
So when she was spotted in New York yesterday heading to meetings, the energy matched the moment: business mode, but with flair.
Her look? A Miss Circle pinstripe scarf-collar mini dress — the kind of cheeky tailoring that nods to boardroom structure, but with enough plunge and hemline to remind you she’s still having fun. The dress has that “office siren meets SoHo PR girl on lunch break” edge that is very now in the street style landscape.
She styled the look with sheer black tights, a Brandon Blackwood mini bag, and pointy La Femme heels.
