Miley Cyrus Wore Thierry Mugler Haute Couture Headlining Spotify’s Billions Club Series
Miley Cyrus continues her streak of archival excellence, headlining Spotify’s Billions Club Live concert in Paris with a look that was as powerful as her vocals.

The event celebrated the tracks that have soared past a billion streams, and fittingly, she opened with Flowers before treating the audience to a string of hits including Wrecking Ball, Nothing Breaks Like a Heart, Angels Like You, and The Climb.
For the occasion, the singer wore a Thierry Mugler Fall/Winter 1992 Haute Couture mini dress which served up a masterclass in theatrics and craftsmanship. From the icy-silver-to-sapphire-blue ombré crystals, to the jagged neckline that looked like sculpted shards of glacier pulled straight from a fashion fantasy.
The crystal fringe hem added a captivating fluidity to the look, glinting under the stage lights like icicles set loose. Black velvet opera gloves grounded the look in vintage glamour, while her big, brushed-out curls brought the kind of rock-star energy that Miley wears so well.
It was equal parts futuristic femme fatale and old Hollywood drama—a thrilling collision of eras that felt right on brand for a star who’s always known how to make a moment.
