Hayley Atwell brought sunshine and style to the Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning Cannes Film Festival photocall this afternoon in a Giambattista Valli Spring 2025 look that couldn’t have been more seasonally or geographically appropriate if it tried.

It’s the kind of outfit that makes you want to book a flight to Nice, sip a citron pressé, and twirl your way down the Croisette.

At first glance, it’s simple — just a white tank top and skirt combo — but look closer and you’ll see the beauty is in the detail. The tank keeps it laid-back and breezy, while the feather-like hemline of the voluminous skirt gives it just the right touch of drama. Flare, quite literally. And yes, she twirled. Who wouldn’t?

Topping it off with white shoes was the only logical conclusion, maintaining that fresh, Riviera energy from top to toe.

As someone who often leans toward the drama of maximalism, I’m fully content letting this season-appropriate moment take the lead. It’s pure Cannes perfection.
