Jennifer Lopez Wore Usama Ishtay To The F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

With Lewis Hamilton no longer delivering LHFW—the once weekly dose of runway-ready paddock looks that kept us all fed—there’s a noticeable fashion vacuum in the F1 universe. These days, he’s all Ferrari uniform and oversized trousers, which, fine, could be part of the job description or maybe just a diplomatic nod to his new team. Either way, it’s giving… restrained.

Enter Jennifer Lopez. Because when there’s a style void to fill, she will appear. Like a fashion fairy godmother with a glam squad instead of a wand, she touched down at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit during final practice ahead of the F1 Grand Prix of Saudi Arabia. She was there to wish Lewis good luck—he finished 7th, if you’re keeping score.

In a custom, hot pink, 60s-inspired vinyl catsuit by Usama Ishtay.

Yes, vinyl. And, yes, the desert.

Wearing that in that heat? The commitment. But style-wise? I’ll be honest. I don’t love it. It’s ill-fitting and a little too costume-y—even for her. It’s very much a stage look that wandered off and got lost in a motorsport paddock. And yet, it still screams “JLo” louder than a revving engine. One-piece? Tick. Barbie-core? Tick. Vaguely motorsport-themed? Tick.

Do I understand it? No. Do I respect it? Weirdly, yes.

Hot? Absolutely. Unbothered? You know it. This Is Her… Now, and forever.
