#BoF500 Gala 2023 Red Carpet Roundup
Here is a roundup from the #BoF500 Gala during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday (September 30).
Coco Rocha, who is best known for her theatrical poses, was only able to serve face and legs in this Christian Cowan Spring 2024 disco ball.
This was stuck firmly in comical territory for me. Plus it looks like an accident waiting to happen with those platform shoes.
A huge no all around from me.
As much as I love Naomi Campbell, her red carpet looks can be centered around a few labels: McQueen, Alaïa and Valentino.
So, I was pleasantly surprised to see her dressed in this Emilio Pucci Fall 2023 colour-blocked dress.
Even the hair and makeup is completely different.
Did Naomi get a new team mid-fashion week, or is the start of a change of direction so many have been longing for, for some time.
Am I alone in feeling that Naomi looks 10 years younger, and so much fresher here?
Karol G’s style, especially for music events, has never captured my attention.
But that all changed when she stepped onto this red carpet wearing this black strapless dress with a metal bust designed by Casey Cadwallader for Mugler.
This picture of Jasmine Tookes wearing a KAYAT Spring 2023 rich chocolate gown, cinched with PRITCH London’s signature obi leather corset belt, makes me happy in more ways than one.
Between her beautiful smile, and the chocolate hue, I’m left mesmerised.
I had to do a second take of Shay Mitchell’s MATICEVSKI Vessel blouse and Tenacity skirt to appreciate the drapery.
Adut Akech was still sporting those voluminous curls from the Alexander McQueen Spring 2024 runway, when she stepped onto this red carpet wearing a Valentino Resort 2024 lilac floral applique and crystal embellished dress.Â
Lilac is swiftly becoming the unlikely autumnal colour of the moment.
