Catherine, Princess of Wales paid a visit to the Maidenhead Rugby Club today in Maidenhead, England, where she discussed the Shaping Us campaign and the role the community plays in supporting children.
The princess never needs an excuse to showcase her athletic side. As we all know she is a keen tennis player, but that natural competitor within her will see her turn her hand to just about any sport, so she wasted no time joining in with a friendly game with the club staff.
We often see Kate sporting a perfect polished ponytail, but this tie-up-and-go sporty style makes her appear so much younger.
Catherine was suitably dressed for the occasion wearing an Umbro England rugby t-shirt with navy Sweaty Betty Air Taper running pants and a pair of Lululemonâs Chargefeel Low sneakers.
