Michelle Yeoh killed my hopes for a peplum three peat at the 2023 Critics’ Choice Awards.

The ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ actress opted to dial things up a notch with this fuchsia dramatic ruffle cape accented to her black Carolina Herrera strapless column gown from the Pre-Fall 2023 collection.

One thing I have loved about Michelle’s Awards Season is her taking risks with colours and silhouettes.

This isn’t a totally farfetched look, yet I don’t believe we would’ve seen her wearing something like this a year ago.
