Carey Mulligan Wore Gucci To The LACMA Art + Film Gala

I’m not sure how I missed Carey Mulligan, who also attended the 11th Annual LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Saturday (November 5) in California, following the ‘She Said’ screening during AFI Fest.

I probably missed her because I’m shocked to see her wearing this Gucci look which feels more like a Tracee Ellis Ross look than a Carey Mulligan look.

But as you all know, I’m always here for Carey’s “out-of-her-comfort-zone” moments as they never fail to impress.

While I do wish she had worn this without the blazer, I would guess that the matching blazer was the selling point for the British actress.

Without the blazer, I don’t picture her wearing the dress unless it’s at the Met Gala. 

Yes, I’m still obsessed with her Met Gala look…in case you hadn’t guessed.
