Cate Blanchett's New York City Street Style Promoting 'Tar'

Ahead of the New York Film Festival premiere for her new film, ‘Tar,’ Cate Blanchett gave us her street style version of New York Fashion Week showcasing four looks.

Starting with this Alexander McQueen stone washed denim jacket and matching trousers look.

Denim and dressing casual go hand-in-hand, but the tailoring – especially the jacket – and the styling which included a Tom Ford white shirt and Louis Vuitton shades gave this look a sophisticated feel.

Small details such as the striped down the leg and contrasting stitching also sold this look to me.

On her way to a studio in New York to make a guest appearance on Good Morning America, the Australian actress channeled her inner Ziggy Stardust wearing a striped Armani look styled with Aquazzura boots and a Louis Vuitton bag.

We love a bit of shimmer before the sun comes up.

Cate departed the show wearing a radiant vintage Joanie Char blue silk dress from Jennie Girl’s Closet styled with patent red leather Tamara Mellon Trinity knee high boots.

Cate attended the New York Film Festival press conference for ‘Tar’ wearing an orange Alberta Ferretti Resort 2023 orange button up long sleeve jumpsuit which might have been screaming Prisoner: Cell Block H had it not been for the belt, shades and the Louis Vuitton bag.
