Ciara attended the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch party held at the Hard Rock Hotel Times Square on Thursday (May 19) in New York City.

I know what you’re thinking.  

But remember, this was a swimsuit party, so you can see the logic behind her wearing this LaQuan Smith Fall 2022 piece which looks like a swimsuit with a low slung skirt, but could actually be a dress with more cut-outs than I’ve seen since the last Mônot outing.

With her wet-look hair and glowing skin, you could say she only missed totally nailing the theme by not wearing thonged sandals.
