Gwen Stefani Wore Vera Wang To The 2022 Met Gala

Gwen Stefani made a surprise return to the red carpet for the 2022 Met Gala celebrating ‘In America: An Anthology of Fashion’ held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City. 

I was staring at this picture to figure out what is so different about Gwen, then it struck me, she’s not wearing her signature red lipstick.

It has been such a staple within her style for so long, that she looks like a totally different person without.

The singer was putting women half her age to shame on this red carpet looking fresh and vibrant wearing a florescent yellow Vera Wang two-piece look.

This look is a testament to Vera Wang’s experimental nature with the skirt being the most intriguing element.

I’m thankful for the look based on the colour alone. I’m surprised to see so many black looks on this red carpet.
