Issa Rae Wore Carolina Herrera To The 2022 Critics’ Choice Awards

Issa Rae embraced the seasonal floral trend and looked absolutely darling as she strutted the 2022 Critics Choice Awards red carpet on Sunday (March 13) in Los Angeles.

The actress and ‘Insecure’ star stepped out for the night in a halter-neck Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2022 frock which featured a cascading ruffle silhouette, and was adorned by pink and white flower designs.

While this look certainly isn’t my favorite of hers, I’ll admit that the color looks absolutely radiant on her. I definitely think an updo or low-bun hairstyle would have better accentuated the halter neckline, as it feels too busy with her hair down — especially with the tilted ruffle accent.

Issa also topped off the look with a structured Rodo clutch.
