Rosamund Pike Wore Christian Dior To ‘The Wheel Of Time’ London Premiere
Rosamund Pike attended the world premiere of ‘The Wheel of Time’ held at BFI IMAX Waterloo on Monday (November 15).
This premiere marked the end of the British actress’ run of red looks which started when she stunned us at the 2021 Golden Globe Awards wearing a puffy Molly Goddard tulle dress, before giving us red Givenchy and red Dior during Cannes Film Festival.
Reverting to type wearing a white silk gown and bodysuit from the Christian Dior Resort 2022 collection, I must get your opinions on the headpiece.
When I saw this last night my immediate thought was ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ (naturally), but that isn’t dumbing down the look or being negative in any way.
‘The Wheel of Time’ is based on high fantasy novels so if you’re a fan of ‘The Lord of the Rings’ or ‘Game of Thrones,’ you’ll love this Amazon series.
So bringing “themes” into red carpet looks once again (I know, I’m obsessed), I think she nailed the look with the headpiece which imbues a 17th century vibe resembling medieval times in Europe.
