Rosamund Pike In Givenchy Haute Couture – ‘A Private War’ Toronto International Film Festival Premiere

Rosamund Pike In Givenchy Haute Couture - 'A Private War' Toronto International Film Festival Premiere

Toronto International Film Festival may be coming to an end soon (on September 16), but the mesmerizing red carpet looks keep on coming.

This time it was Rosamund Pike’s turn to take to the red carpet for her premiere of ‘A Private War’ on Friday (September 14) in Canada.

If your first thought was “rubber and fringe shouldn’t work together,” hold that thought and look again, because it does.

In this Givenchy Spring 2018 Haute Couture look we have a unique combination which marries classic ’20s elegance with unexpectedly chic rubberized materials.

My greatest admiration it held for how well Rosamund is selling the look. She trusted Ryan Hastings and Clare Waight Keller with this unique look, and it totally paid off.

Rosamund Pike In Givenchy & Givenchy Couture – ‘7 Days in Entebbe’ Berlinale International Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Sporting a fresh new hairdo’, Rosamund Pike made her first red carpet appearance of 2018 for the photocall and premiere of ‘7 Days in Entebbe’ (7 Tage in Entebbe) during the Berlinale International Film Festival this evening (February 19) in Germany.

Photocall: I love how the square-shaped shoulder pads bring ’80s confidence to this effortlessly glamorous Givenchy Spring 2018 number. With so little detail, the brooch detail prevents the dress from sliding into, “just another LBD” territory.

Rosamund Pike In Saint Laurent & Givenchy – Build Series & ‘Hostiles’ New York Premiere

Classic black and white was the Rosamund Pike’s red carpet M.O. as she restarted the promotion of her latest film ‘Hostiles,’ since Rome Film Festival.

Build Series: Trimmed with romantic lace with faint nod to the Victoriana mood, the Saint Laurent Spring 2018 leather shorts gave way to smart slacks to place this look firmly in Rosamund’s chic wheelhouse.

Rosamund Pike In Christian Dior & Christian Dior Couture – ‘Hostiles’ Rome Film Festival

Rosamund Pike was promoting her latest film, ‘Hostiles’ during the 12th Rome Film Festival today (October 26) in Italy, opting for two Dior dresses for the occasion.

Photocall: It’s impossible not to feel like the most confident woman in the room when you’re armed with crimson red dress. And that’s what Rosamund is portraying in this Dior Pre-Fall 2017 number. The dress’ simplicity is what makes it so incredibly chic, so Rosamund kept things simple with just Dior ‘D-Lice’ sandals.

Rosamund Pike In Altuzarra & Laura Bailey In Erdem – ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ London Film Festival Closing Ceremony Premiere

It was a floral extravaganza at the ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ London Film Festival closing ceremony premiere on Sunday (October 15).

Rosamund Pike: First, the English actress donned a bohemian Altuzarra Fall 2017 gown. The button-down dress was emboldened by rich yellow blooms against a deep blue background. While one could easily get lost admiring the details in the pattern, I found my eye going to the contrasting black collar and cuffs which were tied in with her black shoes.

Laura Bailey: Contrasting Rosamund’s sunny floral dress, the model chose an ethereal lilac lace Erdem Fall 2017 gown. The sprinkling of black flowers was in keeping with the designer’s moody elegance while the burgundy crisscross on the chest added an unexpected element. Some might remember the frock from when Nicole Kidman wore it at the Glamour Women of The Year Awards. With her hair pulled back, smoky eye and The Kooples ‘Emily’ bag, I feel that Laura made the ensemble her own as she took it in a bolder direction.

Rosamund Pike In Alexander McQueen – ‘Hostiles’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Rosamund Pike attended the ‘Hostiles’ premiere during the 2017 Toronto Film Festival on Monday (September 11).

The British actress looked utterly elegant in this floor-length gown from Alexander McQueen’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection, which showcases a mesmerizing fantasy garden within its embroidered details.

I’m sure many of you are applauding the lining of this statement piece, which Rosamund let shine without nothing but a deep rouge lip.

Some might have a slight feeling of déjà vu, but this stands alone for me.
