Lady Gaga Wore Atelier Versace To The ‘House of Gucci’ Milan Premiere

Lady Gaga attended the Italian premiere ‘House Of Gucci’ held at The Space Cinema Odeon on Sunday (November 13) in Milan.
The actress-singer wore a custom Atelier Versace red gown which was inspired by designs created for the Versace Spring 1995 collection which featured several sultry corseted dresses.
Looking back at those dresses, I was glad to see that Lady Gaga’s modern interpretation had all the detail focused on just the bodice, while the skirt was kept clean and simple.
As much as I love Versace, sometimes their detailing can overcook a look. But that wasn’t to be the case on this occasion.
When I posted this to Instagram over the weekend, some were confused as to why Lady Gaga didn’t wear Gucci, or Valentino considering she is the face of their Voce Viva perfume.
Both did make more sense considering location, film and contract.
But I’m not at all surprised to see her wearing Atelier Versace in Rome, as Lady Gaga has always had a very close relationship to Donatella Versace and the house of Versace, which has more years under the belt than the film and her association with Valentino.
Versace satin platform pumps and a selection of Tiffany & Co. jewels completed her look.
The Valentino look will come.
