2021 LACMA Art+Film Gala Red Carpet Menswear Roundup
Much like the women, there were a lot of guys wearing Gucci at the 2021 LACMA Art+Film Gala on Saturday (November 6) in California.
Unlike Lady Gaga, I am expecting nothing but Gucci from Jared Leto for the âHouse of Gucciâ promo tour.Â
And if this white Gucci suit is a taster of what we can expect, Iâm so ready and here for it.
If thereâs anyone who can make feather sleeves work, itâs Jared Leto.
âŠand Lil Nas X who opted for the yellow monogram Gucci look which was first worn by Kylie Minogue.
Even with the bold hue, and feathers, this still feels tame for the flamboyant singer.
Are butterflies trending again?
First Dua Lipa, and now Lil Nas X with his rings.
Kodi Smit-McPhee made it a trio of feather forearmed Gucci looks on this red carpet; wearing a polka dot suit which was bold enough, but Alessandro Michele loves to go that one step further.
We have to give credit where credit is due to Jake Gyllenhaal.
He was unlikely to make don those feather forearms. But he wanted to be in the mix so he opted for a colourful Gucci look.
I will give him an A for effort, even if the colour combo isnât really working for me here.
I perhaps wouldâve been onboard had this not been such an oversized fit.
Anderson .Paak and Alessandro Micheleâs Gucci are a match made in retro fashion heaven.
Corduroy flares arenât easy, but the rapper nailed this look from head-to-toe.
While Iâm curious with regards to how Benedict Cumberbatch would have fared had he decided to go with the flow at this event. Am also glad he didnât.
Talk about a contradictory statement.
Sophie Hunter was elegance personified in her Asian inspired red Gucci dress styled with Gucci platforms.Â
