Bvlgari celebrated the Spring 2022 AMOROMA collection late last month, and the Serpenti Metamorphosis installation last night, with many of the same ladies and gents in attendance.
Nieves Álvarez wore a Jean-Louis Sabaji Fall 2021 Couture dress for the first event.
It’s not often that we see the model opt for such a short style, but we are not surprised to see her pull it off with ease. Although, I’m feeling that the satin drape detail is preventing this from appearing as short as it really is.
Her accessories: Aquazzura pumps and Bvlgari jewels, as always, are on point.
Her Elie Saab Resort 2022 jumpsuit was much more in tune with her expected style.
It does scream “No need for jewellery” thanks to the embellishments, but the Bvlgari pieces perfectly complemented her look.
Tina Kunakey opted for a sultry LBD from the Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2020 Haute Couture collection for the first event, but dramatically switched gears in Paco Rabanne Spring 2022 giving us a bold print and embellished fringed detailing.
I’m not sure which I love more. The quiet elegance of the first, or the loudness of the second. I think I’m leaning towards the latter.
Carlo Sestini stood out at the first event, mostly because this is the fifth time this Berluti ombre suit has been worn on the red carpet.
Dave Callaham, Iann Dior, Prince Royce and RM from BTS have all worn this Fall 2021 suit.
In the past it would be impossible to judge if guys were wearing the same look, because they always wore black. But now, as they are venturing into the more distinctive pieces, we can pick up on this.
Purple is clearly his colour, as he wore a Çanaku velvet suit for last night’s event.
You know how I feel about velvet, so this was my favourite of the two.
Between the colour, the fit, the boldness of the printed shirt, and the flares, I found myself swooning over this retro look.
Iris Law is becoming quite the girl around town. For the first event she wore a Supriya Lele look which follows the deconstructed trend that most new designers are following.
The second was from the Roberto Cavalli Spring 2022 collection. This is the first time in a long while – since Peter Dundas was at the helm – that this looks and feels like a classic Cavalli look.
The shoes didn’t work with the dress however.
Blesnya Minher looked ever so statuesque wearing an archive Alaia dress from the 1994 collection.
Teasing out her hair for the second event, it almost upstaged her stunning Shi.rt Spring 2022 dress. The model styled her look with the stunning Bvlgari Serpenti necklace.
