Chappell Roan Shows Us Her Romantic Side

Chappell Roan is no stranger to theatrical fashion, but for her The Super Graphic Spectacular tour in Los Angeles, the singer showed us a more romantic side of her style.

If you’re anything like me, this Erdem Spring 2027 gown was on your wish list for Keira Knightley. The pale yellow and blue lace, scattered with delicate floral appliqués, has the kind of whimsical femininity I associate with the British actress, but Chappell makes it her own.

While this is a departure from the more extravagant looks we have come to expect from her, it doesn’t feel out of character. The intricate floral detailing and sweeping skirt still offer plenty of drama, just through a different approach.

Even her makeup feels softened for the occasion. The loose waves, wispy fringe and less exaggerated eye makeup work beautifully with the romantic mood of the gown.

I wouldn’t want Chappell to abandon her theatrical side, but I would certainly welcome more moments like this.
