Timothée Chalamet Wore Tom Ford To ‘The French Dispatch’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

We’ve waited all week for BDOTY worthy moments, then we have two in quick succession.

I have nothing but love for whoever blessed us with Tilda Swinton and Timothée Chalamet on the same night as the co-stars walked down the red carpet during Cannes Film Festival this evening (July 12) for the premiere of their film ‘The French Dispatch.’

To dress in Tom Ford, is to dress with unparalleled confidence which Timothée has in spades wearing this gleaming silver jacquard tuxedo.

Simultaneously classic and contemporary with the banded collar evening shirt, I’m over the moon that Tom Ford’s cream beveled toe cap Chelsea boots were selected rather than black boots.

He is truly thriving in Tom Ford mastery of sophisticated codes, as this is the most crisp, clean cut – to perfection – suit I have seen in quite some time.

If this is the first look these two are serving.  I’m not sure I’m ready for the promo tour.

I lied.  I am ready. I’ve been ready.

Menswear BDOTY finally has three front runners.  Leslie Odom Jr., Colman Domingo and now Timothée.
