Lupita Nyong’o Wore Studio 189 For The ‘Queen Of Glory’ Tribeca Film Festival Premiere

Lupita Nyong’o returned to the red carpet for the ‘Queen Of Glory’ Tribeca Film Festival premiere held at Pier 76 on Tuesday (June 15) in New York City, which is her first red carpet appearance in over a year.
The actress wore another look from Studio 189, selecting two pieces from their Spring 2020 collection.
Of the three looks, I do prefer the runway styling of the mermaid skirt with the red-and-white blouse, however, I love how Lupita made this look her own, by rocking the full harlequin print, with red earrings to add a signature touch of colour to her white and black look.
When it comes to the hat, it wouldn’t have been an option for me, as it seems at odds with the sophisticated nature of the look, but she manages to take this casual element and blend it somewhat seamlessly into the look.
