Lil Nas X Wore Louis Vuitton On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Lil Nas X made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,’ where he gave a play-by-play of his pants ripping during his Saturday Night Live performance.

So, was the singer’s choice to opt for this Louis Vuitton Fall 2021 look featuring a kilt a precaution to prevent another wardrobe malfunction situation, or typically sartorial, and daring approach?

I’m going to go with the latter, especially considering kilts are trending right now in menswear.

ASAP Rocky wore a kilt on the June/July 2021 cover of GQ magazine, so I’m excited to see who else will be brave enough to don this traditional dress from the Scottish Highlands, experimenting more in the celebrity menswear sphere.

Nick Jonas, or perhaps Leslie Odom Jr.? We’ll have to wait and see.

When it comes to the styling of Lil Nas X’s look, I’m glad he opted to make it his own, shunning the shirt for crucifix.
