What Would Have Been: Anne Hathaway’s Three ‘Locked Down’ Haute Couture Premiere Looks

Following the ‘would have been’ TV show promo tour looks for Anne Hathaway’s new film ‘Locked Down’ (which is available to watch today on HBO Max), the actress presented premiere style gowns.

Last year she dropped our jaws collectively when she promoted ‘The Witches’ wearing a Couture gown, this time, she’s giving us three.

Three of the best looks of the last 12 months IMHO.

There was only one place to start…with this Atelier Versace Fall 2020 dress.

I’m totally in awe. Mesmerized if you will.

Firstly it’s sending a tingle down my spine in the same fashion as Michelle Obama did when she wore a rose-gold chainmail dress for the final State Dinner back in 2016.

I’ve really missed those events. So I’m looking forward to First Lady Dr Jill Biden at these functions in the future.

Secondly.  It fits like a glove.  I adore the sexy keyhole, and the draped torchon on the décolleté.

This is Atelier Versace at its very best for me.

There was more goddess glow radiating from this Vivienne Westwood corset dress styled with Dolce & Gabbana sandals.

Alluring in just about every which way, she really was doing the most to emphasize each of the sultry details.

Am I the only one drooling?

Precious metals were clearly the theme of this at home virtual promo tour, as this gold Azzaro Spring 2020 Haute Couture rounds out Anne’s trio of metallic looks.

Looking at the runway, this dress has a lot of details; ruffles, sheerness, tiers, pleats oh my.

It’s like going to an all you can eat buffet, and putting one of everything on your plate.

But that doesn’t mean I don’t like it. While I wish I could’ve seen the front of this dress, I love how Anne made this piece even more lively in motion.

As you know I’m a sucker for drama.

If I was to nitpick, I would’ve loved a different hairstyle for each look. Especially the Versace outing.
